Shipping

 When will my order ship after I place it?

 

Due to the high summer temperatures, we ship all candles and melts out Monday-Wednesday. If you place an order Thursday-Sunday it will not ship out until Monday if standard shipping is selected. We do this to ensure products are not sitting over the weekend with postal carriers due to melting points. Also keep in mind there may be a slight delay due to covid-19. 

Damaged/Defective

 My products arrived damaged and/or defective, what should I do?

 

Please contact SV within 3 days of receiving your order. We work tirelessly to ensure superior quality products, but understand things can happen. Please send of a photo of the damaged product and one of the shipping label to our email scentedvibescc@gmail.com. We will respond within 24 hours or less. 

Pick up option/SVX

 If I live in Southern California can I pick up my products?

 

We offer free local contacless curbside pick up for clients within the greater Orange County area. At checkout, simply click local pick up as shipping option. We also offer our SVX program. When you have burned your candle down to the end, place your new order online and before checkout, click SV Exchange. This will take $1 off each candle you purchase for each empty jar and lid you exchange. SVX only applies to local clients selecting pick up and will be available 10/1. 

What type of wax and oils does SV use?

Here at SV we are committed to offering you the cleanest possible candle. Using 100% all natural Coconut Soy Wax for each of our candles.  All of our fragrance oils used are free of carcinogens, mutagens, reproductive toxins, organ toxins, and acute toxins. So use our products with clean confidence. 

 

 

Returns and exchanges

We do not accept returns but will gladly exchange any products that arrive damaged.
